jade swords
I just picked up a jade sword (+14% -5en 13 req ugh!) and wondered if they were a rare skin.
I didnt see them listed in the rare items baseline though the sword itself looks great- definitely on a par with my phoenix blade (though not quite as nice as a zodiac  )

They are new, and I've not seen many good ones around yet. Your is probably worth 20kish.
